Noel got the chance to make a formal presentation of this years Best Gross trophy to South Moor’s Chris Handy when Hobson hosted South Moor in a league match on the 19th of July.
It is worth noting that Chris’s opponent on the night was Stuart Ord who won the Best Gross Trophy in 1997.
Chris’s Dad Jim was also a winner from the past, he won the trophy twice in 1989 and in 1993.
