Well done to Consett’s John Kennedy who wins the Alan Curtis Scratch Trophy played on 3rd September at Garesfield Golf Club. In difficult conditions, wind against on most of the back 9, John started with an eagle 2 on the 1st and shot a 1 over par 73. The best Nett score was from Tony Stevenson from City of Newcastle John is congratulated on his win by NDUGC Treasurer/Secretary Peter Hogg
