2023 KO Trophy Final

For the second year in a row, the KO Trophy final went to a play off and was decided on the first extra hole. It was a tight match between the two teams with Seaham’s Keith Adamson sinking a long birdie putt on the eighteenth to tie his match with Gary Kennedy and force the play off.
Ian Rooney secured the win on the 19th hole for Consett. Well done to all the players for their performance on the day. The camaraderie between the teams and the excellent standard of golf made it an occasion to be enjoyed by all the spectators.
