A presentation was made to our guest Durham County Secretary Jonathan Ward to thank him for his help and support to the League and wishing him all the best in his new job with England Golf which starts on Monday.
Once again we made a special presentation to two of our North Durham League players to mark the achievement of their playing more than 50 seasons of NDUGC League matches.
This year it was to Les Souter from Beamish Park and to Whitburn’s Geoff Wilkinson who was unavailable for the presentation.
Congratulations to them both.
